At PAZZI, we bring the soul of Naples to Spain—one perfect pizza at a time. Born from a lifelong obsession with true Neapolitan cuisine, our restaurant is a tribute to the vibrant streets of Naples, where food is crafted with passion, respect for tradition, and the finest ingredients.

Founded by Neapolitan chefs who refused to compromise on authenticity, PAZZI began as a dream to share the art of traditional pizza napoletana (certified by VPN [Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana]) with Spain. Every dish tells a story—from our wood-fired San Marzano tomato sauces to our 00 flour crusts, baked in a handmade Stefano Ferrara oven at 485°C for that iconic leopard-spotted crust.
